Experiment Overview
Determine how four common raw materials (nickel, brass, copper, silver) used to build space rated hardware & equipment, behave thermodynamically from launch to landing.

Experiment Description
Four different blocks of metal will be tested in this experiment. All metals have different expansion rates as well as specific heat capacitance.Students hope to see a noticeable difference of temperature and expansion in order to compare what metal might be best to use for different components of a launch vehicle that would experience thermo stressors.
Temperature data will be taken to determine if the temperature gradient of space flight is linear or shows fluctuations.
