Experiment Overview
Determine the effect of the vacuum of space on sound propagation. Flight data will be correlated with voice recorder data to determine effect.

Experiment Description
Music will play before and during launch - ascension, return, and landing.
Sound recording will occur before and during launch - ascension, return, and landing. The accelerometer will record acceleration measurements during the flight. All data will be analyzed upon landing and retrieval of the device.

This flight is different from classroom simulations. Our simulations lasted only a few seconds. This flight will provide 3-5 minutes of microgravity.

Hypothesis
Because air is thinner is space, music played in space will sound faster than music played on earth.

Analysis
Music will be recorded onto a digital voice recorder. Using wavepad, music will be analyzed for sound quality.
